How do I get my proof of funds letter from my cash buyer and what do I do if the agent or seller wants proof of funds before they sign the contract and before I can find a cash buyer

@Peyton LaBarbera A real estate agent will always want a Legit POF (showing you have the Cash in the bank) for You…since you are the one giving them a supposed Cash offer. This is one of the many reasons why the mls is the wrong pond to be fishing in.
