i think we can all agree that is unbelievably unrealistic…    And now all of a sudden I can’t withdraw my money unless I buy a $10,000 “signal”….if someone can shed light on this I’d love to hear more about it.  

This amount basically keeps me honest and out of Starbucks, otherwise I'd spend the $150 there every month (I know, I'm an addict).Most of my monthly free cash flow budget ~$700/month is invested into my RE activities.

Pittsburgh is simply an unbelievably weird town.

while it is not unbelievable what tenants are capable of, i am shocked at my tenant.  

Most of the country has some type of mental disorder or addiction. 

The servicer is aware of all of this, but since I continued in the load modification "process",  AND they have not approved or denied the modification, we just carry on.Yes, it's unbelievable -  all I wanted was a loan modification. 

Here is from a legal view, you built a house, and you don't have workman's comp, that will only mean that you and your husband is the ONLY ones doing the work, which is unbelievable or close to impossible.

Never thought that getting into the real estate space would become so addictive once I got over pre conceived apprehensions about entering the space.
