It was Reader's Choice for Top Destination in the Word in 2013 yet the average person doesn't know it exists.  

While I am not an avid poster, I am a voracious reader and listener.

I found this site after we signed up, and have read many people's opinions on how it really is not necessary to spend the $2k to learn (and be mentored they promise), but I feel this "intense" training is what we need, especially for hubby as he's not much of a reader, but a great listener :) I'm very excited to begin this journey, and with his skills/experience and able to do most of the work himself, and my eye for a good deal we are putting our faith all in!

Hi all - Long time reader, 1st time posting here.

To the Readers of this Posting, this is the true power of IRR.

Its also heavily weighted towards USA readers so I think its something for a bit further down the line.   

Like I said, I don't need a lot to get by, and I'm not the type that's interested in buying a house or a new car or anything - I'm pretty frugal, so I'll definitely be able to put more/most of my profits back into the property (or new properties).That all being said, thanks a lot for reading, and I'd appreciate any and all suggestions, comments, stories, resources, advice, or anything else from you kind readers.
