I know BP cares a lot about their members and trys their best ( with our help behind the scenes) to curtail those who are obviously using this site for no good.. 

This will give you the opportunity to get a behind scenes look into the industry and will get you access to real world learning experiences.Other than that, just keep doing what you are doing and know that you are light years ahead of anyone else your age.

It does not make good business scenes to over improve a rental.

I did a lot of side work as a Production Assistant behind the scenes on TV shows like "Storage Wars" and "ESPN Sport Science"... basically just a big guy to have on set to do all the lifting and grunt work. 

It feels like 2007 when the real estate market was holding steady but the consumer was weakening behind the scenes.

Once the capital is there I don’t think it would be a bad decision to have active investments going while having some PE passive investments going behind the scene at the same time.

Moving forward I'm looking to get involved in the Atlanta real estate scene. 

When I first moved there is 2012 it was more of a hipster scene, now the yuppies are moving in.
