We also use this time period to complete a move-in property condition report, which the tenant signs.To make the process easier, we read through part of the rental agreement, then do some demonstrations (use of appliances, use of smoke/CO detectors, use of water/gas shutoffs, etc.) when we come to that clause in the rental agreement.
