While I'm pretty sure this isn't a serious question, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt, and provide a serious answer...perhaps you'll find it interesting/useful...It's nearly impossible to apply the scientific method to climate science.

When you apply for a business line of credit with Home Depot for example, Citibank will check your credit file with Dun & Bradstreet.While it is true that a good credit history will most likely allow you to get unsecured business credit (therefore not personal guaranteed), I think the chances of getting a mortgage or a line of credit for investment properties is very slim in the current climate.

Do you feel stagnation is equally alarmist, or does that one remain as a legitimate possibility in today's economic climate?

Get good gear (there's a Patagonia outlet in Dillon, The Base Camp and Scheels here, and REI in Missoula and Bozeman), and it makes the cold fun...funny to me how people from warm climates run from A/C unit to A/C unit in their hot summers and think us running from heater to heater is so different. 2.

I feel like I'd be so much closer to my goals had I made drastically different choices when I was younger.The market is right, the time is right, the social and political climate is right for the advice in Scott's book.  

Government debt and dysfunction contribute to a weak housing market and a stagnant jobs climate.

I suppose you could semi finish the space, I have not seen increased issues in these type of houses in my area but this could be due to climate. 

I would guess in our lifetime one the major crashes we will experience will be due to climate change and its impact on cities/industries. 

Does anyone have experience with these systems in the cold climates?
