So many state so few time - I also like many parts of Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina (Southern States) which are pretty landlord friendly and have lower property tax.

I have a few questions that I have been asking professionals in my personal network, but I would greatly value input from the professionals of the Biggerpockets community.  1) As I have approached the end of my undergraduate studies, I have further considered attending school for an additional 5th year to obtain my MS Finance degree.

The tax advantages are different in different states but in Mississippi our CPA has found some good tax breaks for us and the property taxes are low because they are considered personal property, not a "house".
