The last option contract I drew up, I did it on the kitchen counter of the property I was optioning, using yellow lined paper and a clip board.

@Drew M.You don’t have to form an LLC to buy distressed notes and administrator/custodian fees can be paid outside the IRA, which is encouraged, especially if it is a Roth.
