@Adam Kirk I currently live in Flint and am looking at investing here as well. There are good areas that are close to the 4 colleges / universities and there are also 2 teaching hospitals so there's definitely a tenant pool. If you do end up investing out here let me know, I'd be interested in talking with you more.
