On the advice of the fireplace guy who did our last cleaning/inspection, we sanded down the brick inside and painted it with the high heat black paint, and it states in the lease that they may use a fireplace-style candelabra if they'd like, but any other use will trigger all the rules in the Fireplace Addendum.   

Upgrade to a commercial-style stackable setup that can dry faster (30–45 minutes), hopefully fitting in our existing laundry closet without extra electrical work.Any recommendations or specific brand/model suggestions for handling this high-volume, semi-commercial laundry?

I hate having to write all this but I feel bad for all the people who have given Ryan and Tyler money they don’t have to spend after listening to his high-pressure and very unrealistic sales pitch about making easy millions.During the high pressure sales presentation they pressure people into finding ways to pay for their $35-40k program.

Generally speaking, my landlord-tenant attorney encourages use of these forms rather than writing up a custom agreement.

I guess that was a super long write up for me to just ask the eviction process I should go with?
