rents on topsham maine are bit all over map, generally higher than lisbon lewiston but not much lower than Brunswick if inside rt 295 line closer to downtown and river. zillow isnt used much as CL. if you rent section 8 or vouchers look to add price of landlord paid heating, snow ice removal, salt sanding,  which this season has been massive.

I recently spent time working in Howard County, MD where I handled BHRP vouchers frequently which grew my interest in section 8 housing and encouraged me to make my first effort in Section 8 property which I purchased in Anne Arundel, MD.I am interested in learning more about individual investment strategies, especially funding as I though I appear to be "mortgaged out".

I would immediately let the Section 8 office know that this is unfortunate but you are not able to accommodate that lack of cashflow but that you are very interested in having a different Section 8 tenant that does have a 2 bedroom voucher move in.
