Check the state laws because for me if he pays it off before the sheriff comes and removes him then the next time he goes delinquent and a 3-day is issued my attorney can just pick up right where they left off.

The simplest of arrangements probably won't save you any liability because most people don't set it up right and then don't operate it right to avoid liability....so be clear with your goals when you hire an attorney and CPA.

Besides money is just to cheap to pass up right now.
