Even if I have a claim every 10 years I will have saved $80k over that time period compared to the people who pay for better insurance.

the claim that you fixed their credit or helped their credit just is hollow. once in foreclosure their credit is trashed.. going to sale does not hurt it any more or less..

Realtors often claim they're restricted to Realtor use, but that is incorrect.
