Typically, you can only do one rollover per 12-month period (again, IRS Publication 969 has the details).In the end, having the option to invest your HSA funds is usually a better bet than letting them sit in a basic savings account.

We have an investor running a special next month on 10% down second homes where the cost is 3-4 points cheaper than it would be, on a normal Fannie/Freddie loan. 

Hey everyone, I finally decided to make a post after months of following BP.

Thanks heaps I canceled my membership after about 6 months.

It can take 2-3 months before payments get approved. 

Something once a month or 2x a year that will help dissolve anything stuck.There are things that you can flush to deal with roots.

My goal is to purchase 15 units in the next 5 years, and produce a cash flow of $20k per month within the next 10 years.  

My question is, because my agent was involved in showing the home and made offers for us while it was listed (6 months ago) should I go through them or it is okay to pursue this as any other off market property without an agent?

If you need 6,000 a month that is 72,000 a year.

I would wait 6 months.
