Have you been able to find more deals the same way, or are you switching up your strategy now?

Since fix-and-flip income is classified as active income, taxed at ordinary rates, this setup helps minimize overall tax liability.To protect both members, draft a detailed operating agreement outlining roles, ownership percentages, profit-sharing, and an exit strategy in case the business dissolves.

I also think that investing remotely is something I would do after locking down my local strategy.

There are conventional strategies and unconventional strategies to get started in real estate. 

The best strategy I seem to have deployed so far was to contact all my current tenants and let them know I’d give them a cash referral fee of $250 for anyone they recommend to me that goes through the vetting process and successfully moves in.
