So here’s some background about me:I have been a welder for almost all of my adult life.I bought a triplex which I house hack in Tacoma, WA just over a year ago.I am wanting to rent out all units and buy another small multi family to house hack.But here’s the kicker.I also got my real estate license at the start of the year.Up until July 31st, I welded full time/over time at night and sold real estate during the day.The project I was on finished, and I decided to dive DEEP into real estate sales.In September I made just under 100k in gross commission income.

Galvanized welded 2 mesh 16 gauge will keep out possums and raccoons, a 8 gauge will keep out mice and rats but not strong enough for racoons.

@Dave Spooner I think people may be leaving the Northeast for a few reasons:Harsh winters, since temperatures and snow can be intense in the region.Job availability is another factor since many companies are avoiding the region.The Northeast is also home to many cities with a high cost of living, making housing affordability challenging, especially as people lose their jobs.

@Daniel FelixMy advice to to speak with a licensed HVAC tech and have them come out and check current temperatures in each room with existing unit, as long as it is still operational.

I am in a similar market temperature wise and basically November through January are very slow rental months.
