Why buy a fourplex, when just slotting yourself into 5+ units drops the cost per square foot by at least $100?  

I have recently rearranged my life to work as a server (tip-income) and create more time to commit to my goals I simply need to find the right pathway.

But if I were you instead of trying to "go it alone" in any part of REI if you are new, find an REI club like @Nathan suggested and find someone to Mentor youe en if you arrange a small fee for a regular time slot to watch them work, an agent, an investor, whoever -- any successful person who's done successful deals and can train you how to think/look, how to select which *type* of REI might be right for you even.

My problem is I did not claim enough money (I'm a server) last year.

I am a server and only claimed 24k last year.

Since then Facebook has been building large facilities for their servers.

I didn't even think about the relational connection that some might server, so thank you!

Once you fill those slots up, your can still use bank money using commercial loans.  

I use an attorney and process server through my attorney for my evictions, but I serve the five-day notice.  

How about someone to run and maintain your servers, workstations, and network?
