I sleep well with most of my disposable income invested in index funds and real estate, while a tiny portion is invested in moonshots. 

But you will sleep better.

Then, after work I go home and either spend a few hours on real estate and personal needs and go to sleep, or go home and go to sleep immediately and wake up around 2pm and still have a few business hours to get stuff done.

We would ask about why they were in town (since we were not a major travel area), and we would decline any suspicious stays (i.e. had someone ask about waiving the cleaning fee because they "were not going to sleep" there with their one night stay.)

Sometimes, it's a great way to go to sleep :)

I rather sleep peacefully at night. 

I would airbnb the bottom half as a two bedroom capable of sleeping 6.

I sleep good and have peace with my properties paid off, yes I’d like to have 400 doors , but it doesn’t line up with my personality and priorities.
