So unless someone wants the validation of a stamped piece of paper with the school name and state of....its not really a reason to go to college.

Back in the day the guy that mentored me carried around a stamp it had "15%" on it.

I have seen swat teams raid neighboring units managed by slum lords who didn't screen tenants, I have dealt with abusive boyfriends putting my tenant in the hospital, broken down cars (which leads to them missing work because they can't afford to fix the car, which then leads to them loosing their job and then getting behind on rent), being threatened with a gun (guy lifted up his shirt showing me the gun in his belt), to countless sob stories. 

I can get #10 business envelop with return address and unique shipping address for .08 cents each (minimum 1000, all of them are)a folded 8.5x11" black and white letter for .08 cents each4x6", two sided, black and white post card printed for .24 centsWith this system, I'm stuck stuffing and stamping the letters, and stamping the post cards. 

If they don't, you have enough money to get them out without losing your shirt.

These plans are required to be stamped by an Engineer or an Architect.

If the goal is to save the princess, would you set off on your journey wearing flip flops and a t-shirt and plié straight through to the dragons lair and knock on the door or would you let Princess Kashmir sleep a little longer while you saved up for some armour and a sword?

For example, we have transfer stamps which can be about $8k - $10k and there is a set breakdown of who pays for what

Then you are going to have to sign a contract that makes it worth their time to do that.Its going to be hard to find someone to do this as a shirt term contract.....its not worth their timeDid you use an agent to buy the place?

For me, saving the stamp and effort of printing and putting said letter in the mail is well worth $2ish.I'm still trialing both options so i can't really give a clear winner one way or another, but either one is a great option in my opinion.Hope this helps!
