Another thread brought my attention to this one and several have mentioned the fact that those praising guru courses and materials always seem to fade into the darkness, whereas in comparison, those you got educated from mentors and other active investors are still around on this board talking about previous deals COMPLETED.I know James Vermillion is one of many of them.So for all the people (who already posted in this thread) who stated they felt this program was a great resource, how about sharing those success stories now!

Plus some of these are on ground leases, which can create financing issues down the line.I have nothing against manufactured homes, but I think it would be beneficial if there was a comparison for short term and long term historical performance on both rents and value.

An appraiser is typically going to rely exclusively on the sales comparison approach and hopefully find relatively similar comps to compare the Subject to. 

Pretty good comparison, but that price you’re looking at for that stock is not the updated price , correct?

I was wondering if someone in the same situation has a company they can refer to or suggest so I can do some price comparisons.
