My point being.... you going to waste a considerable amount of time and effort keeping an eye on your property and you'll still likely be unable to do catch him over there.Being a felon isn't illegal, it was whatever they did to get sentenced that was illegal.

Having 30k, but not a SSN, isn’t a death sentence by any means.Also, it may be worth it to look into buying the property with an LLC.
