I am a Canadian Citizen who is 20 years old and I have no FICO score or any real connections to the USA.

We could probably charge a little bit more, but most snowbirds are senior citizens on a budget so I feel we're close to the top of what they will pay. 

For cost effectiveness we are using Citizens but he has several options to choose from.

Also want to know if the father needs to be a US citizen or permanent resident, as my dad is from a different country but I'm a permanent resident in PA.

Also, in some places a tax break is offered for low income senior citizens. 

I ran into the same thing with TD Bank and then shifted to First Citizens and closed within a week or two. 

In 2020 they filed our taxes on a Senior form 1040, even though neither one of us our seniors, or even close to being 65.

To be pretend bankrupt after laying off his own employees and when he has investors that probably were stressed out about it... also pretty insensitive considering many business owners and citizens are struggling with their own financial troubles and makes light of it a bit by saying just kiddin I am still rich!
