Question on Property Taxes
Hello everyone,
Say I own a single family home that I rent out. Would the property taxes on this property be taxed at the residential rate? Or would you have to pay commercial property taxes since it is technically considered an investment?
Are all residential buildings (1-4) units taxed at the residential rate even if they are used as an investment?
Thank you!
