I like QB Pro because it's "scalable" - in other words, you might have two props now, but if you get a few more and decide QB pro is the way to go, then you've got to move all that data over.

So say I make $40 and buy ad space for $30...I make $10 per sale...well this is the internet, where scalability is limitless, so you can imagine the amount of money that can be made, especially when it's being funneled to ONE person, me.But it's one of those things that's constantly changing.

This where the huge value add is but of course it takes a lot more expertise than real estate.Most businesses that are only valued at 1-3 or 3-5x earnings are usually sole props, non scalable businesses, or AKA buying a JOB.
