After 4+ years  of riding up & dwn free funnel opt ins,   only to end up on phone with clueLESS, gate keepers that know less about what they are selling than I did when I started...     

I sold because when it comes down to it, I think I was returning 8% over the last 15 years which came with headaches, a tree that keeps falling and nearly killing someone, hail storms that keep damaging the roof and increase property values that also increase the property taxes because Texas is 2.2% which is raising faster than rents can keep up with.

That’s my plan, to ride out my current job til closure (1-2 years) while buying properties and growing my portfolio.

All this makes me think I should just ride it out longer.

@Austin Bright Texas is currently seeing very aggressive premium hikes due to several large insurance companies pulling out of markets and due to claims for numerous storms and natural disasters (hail, hurricanes, Houston floods, etc).

I believe you can still do well here, especially cash flow compared to LTR's, but there is a lot more work to it so you have to up for the ride.  

Works nearly every time.We had a group of older ladies come and ride the bike trail.

I found that my first one was the hardest and then things slowly got easier and easier (kind of like riding a bike).  

I would ride on my golf cart to the houses being built on the weekends just for fun.
