RE training should do the same thing. 

(in order to have an 8% pref, the burden is now on YOU to quickly re-invest the returned capital to get up to 8%, unlike other deals where reinvesting the returned pref adds on top of 8%...)I probably won't invest with them again.

You have to fill out something on the property page and they send you postal mail to your address to which you have to enter a code.
