They are saying that they are 'beseiged' with calls from LA County residents wanting to relocate out of state....to AZ (mostly).

The thing I'm trying to figure out is how to properly qualify as a RE Prof.

Multifamily is considered residential since people reside in the structure. it's part of contractors license law, our testing is on it and violating can and will result in punitive actions.
