I guess I'm trying to figure out if this will really propel my life to new levels faster than I can get there myself.

I also learned a lot along the way and hope to inspire those who, maybe are not looking to invest hardcore or full time, or maybe use my story to propel them to do so.Down to business, how the heck does someone making 30-40k a year or less get in to real-estate investing with little to no experience, buy a multifamily as their first property, move in, add tremendous value for under $5,000 and then have almost 100% value increase in 5 years all while netting 1200/month positive cash flow after moving out?

Now that my husband and I have discovered the possibility of early retirement through real estate investing, we are excited about looking for ways to make this property propel us forward in that venture.

I enjoyed the event, it was very entertaining, there were some excellent speakers but I felt it was more of a distraction to me personally from my ultimate goals (building a multifamily business) than something that would help propel me to the next level.

The Jacksonville market has some great elements propelling it, looking forward to following along with your success there!

That Saturday propelled me to take significant action, including selling a property that did not cash flow, refining my criteria, creating new saving goals (which I am on target with over 2 years), and clearly outlining how I will proceed to the next deal and the next deal.I personally have no mentor and yet nearly every person who is new on this board, its the first thing they ask for.
