There are a-lot of mining and ski resort jobs nearby and Craig is the main hub and county seat. 

Just closed on a C5 zoned property in Colorado Springs on a major street less than a mile from downtown (currently going through growth explosion) and 1 mi to Old Colorado City hub (very popular tourist destination), and a 1200 sq ft commercial workshop(detached) that I can build out a second (interior floor).

The major metros like Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Jacksonville and Tampa has seen employment diversification, new corporate hubs, demographic shifts and rising rents and income.

DFW continues to grow as a corporate hub with Goldman looking at office space in the area and other corporations moving to the area from California.

I've lived in Hub City for about three years, and Hagerstown seems like an area that's slowly but surely upgrading.

There are some parts of the US where if you drive 30 mins away from a city hub it becomes completely rural, and that type of area is probably worth looking into but few investors do.

Tampa is becoming known as an up and coming tech hub, and people are flocking here like crazy.

Their landlord wasn't very friendly, and would not occasionally surprise them with a gift of booze and porn mags.What are the mistakes you've seen other people make?
