We're not curing cancer; it's just buying real estate, doing some basic math, buying some furniture and kitchen utensils, maybe getting creative with some amenities, and listing properties on STR platforms...it's daunting when you're new, certainly a grind to get started, but it's not a mystery or puzzle to solve.

It just has to do with how each platform markets themselves and what kinds of guests come through.I am an investor and co-host in Dallas, Texas and that's generally the posting rules I go by.

Some of the negative reviews I've read on Norada (not necessarily on BP) seem to stem from not understanding Norada's responsibility in helping you meet your investment goals, nor in yours once the purchase contract is complete.

The hardship in my case stemmed from the fact the parcel size required a storm water management system that would cost the same to implement if I built 7 homes or 30.

As stated in this thread, I believe BL does not let you keep your data if you leave the platform which is not good business practice, IMO.

Today is July 1, 2024There are currently OVER 30 Homes For Sale listed by SOWAE CORP in Queens, NY...If they have done this over 5 years, it seems there is no intention of any platform caring about their fake listings.

1) I always use zillow to list new properties and use there platform to accept zillow applications2) Doorloop for management that includes accounting, repository for documents like leases, collect rents, tenant communications3) Received lease agreement from a lawyer

Earlier this year, we were also posted on Booking.com, and while the listing did produce several reservations, it came with a huge amount of frustration and more last-minute cancellations that we've experienced (significantly more as a %) than the other 2 booking platforms, Airbnb and VRBO.
