I am not going to list the good, bad and ugly for each but mention just a few things that stand out.  

Both are excellent platforms which save people immense amount of work and tme by compiling all the critical data you need in 1 place but there leads are way behind the county recorders/courts/notices i.e the source of most motivated seller leads.

Like any real estate platform one wants to build, you need to create a simple filter to sift the opportunities.  

However, if using our property as a STR via Airbnb or another platform, would we be required to go the option of a Mexican Corporation instead in order to get an RFC? 

Some are a platform for information product sales.

Build your knowledge with books, podcasts, and online resources, and network through local REIA meetings and virtual platforms.

A great alternative would be simply licensing or leveraging a different web forum platform that already has a mature mobile app available for and that BiggerPockets could simply redirect mobile users to when they open the site.

Without social media most of these syndicators wouldn't stand a chance to raise money.
