Some investors requested redemptions a year or two ago (before we learned of any trouble) which were not fulfilled. ya sounds like bottom feeders coming in to pick up the crumbs.. good luck with it.

Alternatively, you could continue growing as a personal account and then swap your account to a business account if/when you want to. airbnb.com/account-details allows you to pick if you are an individual, business, or other entity.

I remember back when I was ramping up my own rental portfolio in those early-2000s San Diego days, I learned the hard way that ignoring “little” costs..like that termite treatment or the property manager’s onboarding fee..can turn what looked like a sweet deal into something that barely breaks even.Let’s say you pick up a property in one of those under-the-radar neighborhoods in Omaha or maybe on the south side of Chicago..markets I’ve seen a few colleagues dabbling in lately..you’ve got to be ready to get real about the numbers.

It SEEMS ( I of course don’t KNOW) that the subject of the threat was called out, didn’t want to admit the truth, and when the subject was pursued decided to pick up his marbles and go home in the way of 5 year olds.  

I'm in the processes of picking up a 20-pack of studio's around the same threshold.
