I am going to do exactly that... there are a couple of other sea/ocean themed wines as well, this will fill out an empty shelf above the wine glasses... it will be on theme, look amazing in photos, and be 100% alcohol free (without pissing anyone off!)

It is a combination of reviews, pricing, amenities, quality of photos/listing, and CTR (click-through rate). 

Be sure to take photos when tenants move in and let them know they will be charged for any further dents/scratches that they cause. 

The interior is great but that first photo just had me go uggh.

Are photos attractive?

  $1250 "listing fee" to take photos and list a property is certainly not much of a value proposition if that's what's being charged. 

Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

The biggest thing on STRs is your guest count, amenities, and top 5 photos.
