I wouldn't travel to the location of @J Scott 's lien (or my own) without a rape whistle and a can of pepper spray.  

I live in paradise...beautiful beaches...soft white sand...historical buildings...forts...brick streets...festivals every weekend....Celtic...pirates...quaint restaurants...fried shrimp ...datil peppers...good schools...art galleries...as far as REI we are in a bubble though...houses are too high to buy and hold or flip...had to have bought a few years ago...

They are probably just sick of wholesalers calling themselves investors, and peppering every listing with 50% offers.

When I get back security from that hotel has already gone out and pepper sprayed the attackers.

I feel if its a big company then they have trip charges, hidden expenses peppered in the management agreement.
