I would love to find people in El Paso, TX to have relationships with and learn from.

There are people who have an entire business helping you set up and design a STR relatively quickly (3-7 days) depending on size of home and complexity but you are going to be paying a bit of a premium but you do save on the headache.

There are people in her program who do 3-4 deals in less than 90 days.She actually cares about clients and is the one who’s teaching and coaching live. 100% recommend

We can't do anything for that guest but, beyond the comment and their rating, I'm concerned it happens again since apparently some people don't like the sofa part of the sofa bed that much!

Charge the late fee, a lot of people don't and that creates a relationship with the tenant that indicates to them that it is okay to pay late.
