I believe some of their people are likely here on the forums and can jump in, they also had a booth and sponsorship at last years BP con so if you went you may have seen them.I came across the service because I had a client who was going to self manage, and wanted me to lease the units for him, and the property was a mixed use building with his business operating out of the ground floor. 

I always find it interesting how people start and what they learn from their first deal.

Unfortunately, people are going to lose their butts on condos unless they got them crazy cheap many years ago. 

However, I've met great people in the real world who've shared with me that Bigger Pockets is an immense resource.

But it’s their chance to learn, meet people, network and advertise themselves. 

I don't feel there is one answer to this question as every property is different and what are your goals, how much time do you have to manage, what are your strengths when it comes to working the trades, people skills, etc as that will help drive towards your super power. 

The people who stay successfully married put their marriage/family first.  

The times I know people had problems with tenants are when they made exceptions or weren't thorough enough on their vetting process.2.

I've got properties in (2) towns currently that are around 10k people in each town.

Other than that, you will need to network with a lot of people to find seller finance deals.
