I had a client from Aussie land e mail she got taken advantage of by a not so good turnkey outfit and I asked Joe to assist as the assets were in his market, Joe stepped in and has endeavored to help this person out..

We are currently holding some funds for another national turnkey outfit but really like what these guys are selling.  

The problem with turnkey outfits is that, with many of them, you are paying retail for the properties.

I have a home I built for myself which we outfitted with GE Monogram (SS) appliances.

They would have been better just renting a regular apartment or house and saving their money.To top if off, most bigger outfits add an annual maintenance % to the final purchase price, which over prices the house in a flat to negative market. 

I am quite familiar with these "coaching/mentoring/bootcamp" outfits.

There have been (and continue to be) several outfits operating in Columbus operating exactly like the one described by OP.

I have done 100's of deals over the years and am now an on-site mentor for the outfit that taught me. 

I would start with a smaller outfit with just a few guys who know what they are doing.

I do little more than screw light bulbs in my apartment rental business, my web business is done from home office and I also own a small landscape and lawn care outfit.
