If you insist on looking at only those who purchased during the worst years in real estate and can’t afford these properties (maybe never could), I’ll bet the majority of people who have defaulted probably have a history of making bad financial decisions in all aspects of their lives.

For quite some time now I've concentrated on looking at two of those, the far reaches of the Inland Empire (Hemet, Victorville, Desert Hot Springs, etc.), and the least desirable parts of LA (South Central, Compton, etc.)
