I saw this online the other day.

A good real estate agent who understands investment properties, a lender who works with investors, a solid contractor, and a property inspector can save you a ton of headaches down the line.

It does not benefit them in any way to save costs; it costs them money and time.  

You would have had to be there for at least that to save on the capital gains taxes (up to 250k). 

I wasn't able to find too much feedback online so I would appreciate anything.

I have read a lot of posts on Residential Assisted Living, that I am considering getting involved in, and seems like many of the posts make reference to RAL Academy and noted that there is an online version and in person version . . . wondering if any of you have taken either and if you would recommend one over the other and why.

If you aren’t saving the money up to buy another property chances are nothing will pay a higher rate than paying it towards your mortgage.

I am not finding much material online or a book to study from.

other posters have started threads saying they're going to buy STRs for tax savings... and this doesn't make sense to me.
