So the three types of zones aren't "official" per se, so I would advise speaking with people who would know i.e. realtors, investors, property managers, others hosts, etc. and simply asking them what the medium to long term outlook is on STR regulation in that zone is.

Steve Mashura,NAR partners with businesses to peddle whatever wares to newly licensed agents as a benefit that sucks them dry of any start up money.NAR has some lobbying efforts that help with legislation from time to time but other than that pretty worthless.I was REALTOR first year in business over 20 years ago and saw no value.

While I do not work in this area, I was able to an answer for you concerning the legality of short-term rentals:"Atlanta's statute is largely silent on the matter, but we spoke by phone with zoning and other city officials and were told that they interpret current law such that short-term rentals are prohibited.
