All appliances eventually break or become obsolete. 

I know quite a few people who lost all of their savings "investing" in coaching for programs that were either obsolete or were basically just sales funnels for their hard money lending business. i.e.

I guess the non-disclosure vs disclosure state thing is obsolete in the age of information being easily accessable online.

I guess what im asking are LO obsolete to an investor who wants to stay in the middle?

This is not Arizona where there is a never-ending amount of land, buildings become functionally obsolete and a market crash severely impacts the property owners.

Did automobiles make them obsolete?

Does the property suffer from an obsolete floor plan?

.- I show properties to clients everyday and I can tell you a very high number of properties are outdated, obsolete and need a lot of TLC.

That decision basically rendered one side of the duplex obsolete.  

😂😂@Sara Jackson your support team is beyond incompetent. i have been telling them for the last 3 yrs that the obsolete reports should NOT be there, clogging the page, you know what she told me 10 mins ago??
