Say you get to keep 6-7k after tax.I like Option A all day long. 

I also use the CRMs built in email to send out 8-10k emails spaced out through a couple of days.

If you tie the bonus to a new lease, a bad employee will lower standards to find tenants quickly.

Also, providing value to others at a high level will pay off for you in the end if you stick with it.
