If a man lies about his name, how long he has been in business, and the very nature of his business, what else is he lying about?

This creates a natural flow for buyers, starting with curb appeal, showcasing the livable spaces, and ending with the layout and lot details.

This type of company will be married with you through the longevity of the investment so naturally their interests will have to be mutually aligned. 

Some people hold it just because they won't make as much as they want, but then the market goes down and they lose more so you to know the sale and rental market as well as the trending nature of the area.

There's potentially a domino effect in the event of an unforeseen major expense exceeding my reserves (mainly thinking in terms of natural disasters) affecting my whole portfolio.  

Some are literally a pad next to someone's house, but the higher rated campsites are those with some natural enjoyment and privacy.  

It's human nature for me to miss out on things I am not familiar with, so please forgive my ignorance.
