With no debt, I have about saved $50,000 that I want to start putting to use, been trying to submerge myself in the real estate world knowing its arguably the safest investment.

I’m new to real estate investing and am in the process of trying to acquire my first property.  

I am trying to figure the best way to go about it.

However, I am also considering duplex and tri-/quad-plex assets if they pencil.Additionally, I currently work for a locally-based commercial developer/lender on multifamily, land, and some hospitality projects.

He's a big proponent of small, stable portfolios vs. the fast growth pushed by most YouTubers trying to sell a course.

Hi Calvin, if is it listed with anyone, it may have a similar address and a realtor posted your address by mistake,This happened to me a few months ago whereby I own a condo in a community that has 3 building and I own A6, but they were trying to list C6 and only added 6 to the MLS listing lol.

What you are trying to cover with the umbrella policy is the 'slip and falls', which can easily be a million dollars or more if you are found liable.
