I guess the moral of the story is to know your market.

Provide safe housing at a fair price, that is the moral thing to do for the customers (tenants) and your family.

Moral of the story is cut back, explain to others what your doing then beg, hustle, demand, negotiate, and fight your way out of debt any way you can.

So I told the guy my moral compass wont allow me to rip 100k of this ladies equity from her if you want to make 20k I can do that and you give her 180k.. they refused.. so then I see it listed on MLS which again in my state would not be legal.. for 260k and it does not sell.. 

There was a recent post “racism vs return” that got a lot of comments regarding how morality plays a role (or not) in business decisions.

Moral of the story is don't trust Zestimates or the Redfin estimates - pull the actual solds.

Yes it will likely be a moral victory.
