I tell all my renters that the places are stocked with starting supplies (soap, detergent, cleaning supplies, condoms, condiments, towels, linens, tp, paper towels, etc.).

As someone who has a mild interest in the area due to the returns I have calculated using Zillow listings, I am concerned about the state of the city, the types of tenants one could expect to attract for a ~$60k duplex, and the overall cost of ownership in Troy.

If you live in an area where you get a fair amount of consecutive days without rain, but fairly mild weather (like now in much of the country) you can take your time and do it yourself.

In most cases just a little squirty stuff or standard mold remover is enough, and then maybe some adjustment or mild retouching to keep the area sealed and dry.

When you go to the CVS Pharmacy to pick up a prescription do you sometime pick up some laundry detergent on the way out even though it costs twice as much as at the grocery store?
