If there are tons of reo's in your area you may find a good deal just looking at listed property.I like med to light rehabs and this is what I do- Find a good realtor that works for one of the bigger reo listing agencies, the agent I work with actually keeps a weekly list of forclosures updated.Now find a realtors' site that has an interactive map where you can set the search parameters and have the property show up on the map.
