i have good or excellent credit, my teacher income isn't so good, i own our current home, i want to buy another home but previously have been told my student loans are a problem and disqualify me. any help?

If there are tons of reo's in your area you may find a good deal just looking at listed property.I like med to light rehabs and this is what I do- Find a good realtor that works for one of the bigger reo listing agencies, the agent I work with actually keeps a weekly list of forclosures updated.Now find a realtors' site that has an interactive map where you can set the search parameters and have the property show up on the map.

I get a request here and there for my air bnb from traveling nurses who are willing to pay much more than what is typical since they are on shorter leases, and the property is about 15 minutes away from the med center.
