For those who have or had section 8 investments (especially in my market) how would you describe your experience?

I'd love to hear people's thoughts on the current market and any success/fail stories in the Phoenix area.

From my experience, cities like Greenville, Columbia, Augusta, Huntsville, Chattanooga, and Jacksonville offer strong house-hacking opportunities with growing job markets, solid rental demand, and affordable multi-family options.

I have an off market opportunity for a 3 plex that I’m looking at.

I am not sure about STR in Cleveland and how much that market supports high end STRs and highly designed STRsThat said, I disagree with just looking at others.

DFW is an amazing market.

When searching for clients I usually suggest starting with ones inner circle and good old grass roots marketing. 

Typically I recommend that people get very clear on your vision for not only what you want to do but the exact markets you want to do projects in and narrow your focus to those.

By far your best bet are cheaper markets.

What kind of market are you looking for?
