Most buyers don't have the money to come in with to pay down payments, plus commissions in this market, so I don't expect a lot to change.

Multifamily - yes because 100 units and more usually require syndication, there is a lot to learn and joining a group gives you access to people with money who have that mindset.

But the multifamily space is a relationship based business and you have a lot to learn about relationships.
