Or if your'e living in it would you feel comfortable in that area. 

So you can buy a four flat, live in one unit and rent the other three, but you have to live in one unit on the site. 

I tried Simpli Safe but, there cameras all need wifi to be able to live stream and record.

We would be incurring the tenants in one half and would live in the other half ourselves.
